Ganpati Scientifics, founded in 2020 with a clear vision: to build a sustainable and trustworthy organic food business rooted in science and responsible farming practices.

He holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and a Doctorate in Plant Bio-nanotechnology from Manipal University, where he was awarded the Presidential Gold Medal for research excellence. His research work has been published in leading scientific journals and referenced by researchers across the field.

With a strong foundation in research and deep experience in the organic food sector, Dr. Mittal has played a key role in shaping the company’s quality-focused approach. His expertise in product development, international markets, and business operations has helped Ganpati Scientifics build long-term relationships with global partners while continuing to grow responsibly and sustainably.

Driven by innovation, consistency, and ethical sourcing, he continues to work closely with farming communities to create a positive and lasting impact across the organic value chain.

Tanuj Atree

General Manager

Tanuj Atree is a cornerstone of Ganpati Scientifics, having served the organization since its founding day. As a Food Technologist with an MBA in Marketing, Tanuj oversees the company’s entire operational and strategic landscape.
His strong knowledge, visionary approach, and supportive nature have played a key role in the growth of Ganpati Scientifics

Our co-founder plays an important role in the company’s research, quality systems, and production operations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Zoology from the University of Rajasthan and has been actively involved in strengthening the company’s operational and product development processes since its early years.

Her work focuses on quality management, new product development, and streamlining production systems to maintain consistency across operations.

Vaibhav Dugar

Strategic Growth Advisor

He is closely associated with Ganpati Scientifics since its early stages and has played an important role in supporting the company’s growth journey.

With over 14 years of experience and a strong understanding of market development, customer relationships, and business expansion, he has been instrumental in helping the company strengthen its domestic presence and build long-term partnerships across the industry.
